Arpad launched the Climate Opportunity Initiative in the spring of 2016 and has dedicated 50% of his time to the initiative.

 

Arpad is also a portfolio manager in the infrastructure investment business of UBS Asset Management. His responsibilities include the origination, execution, financing and management of investments in the transportation, utilities, energy, telecommunications and social infrastructure sectors. Following two years in Sydney and three years in New York, Arpad has been based in the London office since September 2010 and focuses on the European market.

Arpad is member of the supervisory board of Saubermacher, the Investment Committee of the Archmore Infrastructure Debt Platform, and of the CFA Insitute.
